Kaspersky Pure Review - Has It Progressed Into gem Software programs In Its Category?

By Stephane Goulet

Having very interesting functions, for instance, a reliable password manager, dependable data file backup, superb PC security tuning, superior digital identification protection along with a very helpful file shredder, what we found during our Kaspersky Pure review is that Pure beats Kaspersky Internet Security. These options definitely give it some huge advantages. Although the Kaspersky Internet Security Software package has many good points that it should be proud of, overall it is not as good as the Kaspersky Pure.

Kaspersky Internet Security suite lacks some vital options. Unfortunately it doesn't give you the choice of a Document Shredder nor does it come with a Password Manager. If data is lost or damaged, there is no way that this can be recovered. There is also no option to scan for open threats or other vulnerable files and if you want to tune the system, you won?t be able to.

While it is running, it is less demanding on the resources of the PC. For those who want parental control over what websites their children are visiting, this can be achieved, as well as being able to keep an eye on what comments and messages they are making on the social media sites. For those people who want to do online shopping, there is some protection here, but it is not particularly effective.

It has a File Shredder and ensures that files that are deleted using the kaspersky pure shredder cannot be recovered by any software or tool. The online safe shopping feature here is extremely strong. It has more advanced parental control over online sites and monitoring of social networking sites and takes up more resources, slowing down the computer in the process.

Once files are shredded, this is for once and for all, and there is no possibility of those files ever being found again. And when it comes to internet shopping security, this is quite sufficient. For those parents who want to monitor what their children are saying on the various social media websites, they will be able to achieve a good level of control. However more of the computers resources are being used, whilst it does this.

Kaspersky Internet Security comes with home network security but lags when compared to the Kaspersky Pure, which boasts of a strong home network security system. Besides, when you compare the two products according to their PC Security tuning, Kaspersky Pure offers better results. It comes with the Open Vulnerabilities Scan, which scans the operating system for any kind of threat and vulnerability.

Side by side, these two software security programs seem to be similar because they both offer a good way to protect our home networks. But one is definitely better than the other, and it is the Kaspersky Pure that has the leading edge. What stands out is the open vulnerabilities scan which will stop any malicious file from gaining access to your laptop or desktop computer. Unfortunately the Kaspersky Internet Suite doesn?t quite have the amount of desirable features that the Kaspersky Pure has. This makes the latter software program the preferred choice.

Kaspersky Pure is quite difficult to install and configure. Kaspersky Internet Security, on the other hand, features easy installation and usage. Besides, the user interface of Kaspersky Internet security is better when compared to the one that Kaspersky Pure sports.

Whilst both these security programs have some excellent ways to keep our network and data free from threats and disasters, one would have to admit that the Kaspersky Pure is definitely ahead of the others, because of the comprehensive range of security measures it deploys.
